Ned

Our School Dog - Ned

 

Ned is one of our most important members of staff.  He comes to work each day with a wagging tail and a calm and supportive manner, ready to meet and greet the pupils of our school.  He loves to be in classrooms with the children, or chilling out in the ICT suite if it all gets a little too warm for him.  

 

If a child is feeling a little upset or unsettled, some time with Ned is often just the right thing to help them feel back on track.  Other children like to read to him - he's an expert listener!  He also loves to be taken for a walk and - of course - he loves to be given a treat or two!  As you can see from the photographs below, Ned has been with us since he was a puppy and so is really used to life in a busy school environment.  Always calm and docile, he is the perfect addition to our school team and is very well loved.
