Extra Curricular Clubs

Spring Term 1

Monday 13th January - Friday 14th February 2025

 

Clubs run from w/c Monday 13th January to w/c Monday 10th February 2025 = 5 weeks.

 

Clubs are available to book on Parent Pay from 4pm on Tuesday 17th December. Bookings available until 9am on Monday 6th January 2025. Maximum 20 places per club unless otherwise specified.

All school run clubs have a £2 charge per session. The half term club charge of £10 per club is payable at the time of booking. Please note that in the event of wet weather, outdoor clubs will run with alternative provision and therefore no refunds will be given.

 

Please can we ask that, if your child needs to miss a session, that you inform the school as soon as possible, preferably the day before, so that the absence can be marked in the register prior to the club.  Please can absence messages come from parents and not via the child. All unexplained absences need to be followed up by the club leader which can mean the activities are delayed from starting promptly.
