Maths – Division remainders

 

English – This week we will be looking at diaries. Please have a think about and write down as many features of a diary that you can think of. Do some research to see if you have thought of them all. Now have a look at the document below with the features. Next, look at the example of an evacuee diary and label it with the features.

 

History - Complete the make do and mend task and then the crossword. Research the answers if you’re unsure.

Science – This week we will be learning about the Human eye. Please watch the following clips –

Now work through the attached PowerPoint about the Parts of the Eye.

Please label a diagram of the human eye – either use the attached picture or draw your own.

Next, ask someone in your house to close their eye then cover it. After a short time, ask them to open their eye in a light place. What do you notice about the size of their pupil. Please write an explanation about what happens and why you think this is.
