Learning Objective: I can use question marks when writing questions.

Look at the picture and think of some questions such as:

What can he see?

Why is the car skidding?

 

Don’t forget your question mark and your capital letters

Complete the tasks set on the link.

 

Collect a few of your toys. Can you order them in height?

Which is the tallest? Which is the shortest?

 

Ask the members of your family to stand in a line. Can you arrange them in height order? Are you going to compare them tallest to shortest or shortest to tallest?

Active challenge

Do 5 star jumps. Have a break by counting to 30. Do 5 more star jumps. Repeat one more time.

Target challenge

Create a target. Throw something – a pair of socks, a ball etc – to hit the target. Give yourself 5 points if you hit it. Can you get 50 points?

Active challenge

How many times can you hop on one foot? Now try the other foot. Repeat once more on each foot.

Balance challenge

Stand on one leg. How long can you balance for? Now try the other leg. Was one leg easier to balance on? Repeat.

Active challenge

Roll a dice then jump the number of times shown on the dice. Repeat. Challenge: can you throw the dice twice and add the numbers together to get a bigger number and do more jumps?

Figure of 8 challenge

Hold a ball, thing similar in one hand. By going around your legs, can you draw the number 8. Pass the ball between your hands. Once you have mastered the move, how many can you do in 1 minute?

Read or watch the story of Noah’s Ark.

Have a go at making an animal puppet.
